hello, I purchased your theme on the 29th of may and I have been unable to use it it doesn’t download completely and as such I am unable to run your setup wizard or install plugins
My dashboard and FTP access codes are

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
You provided access to cPanel but not to FTP. Please, provide access to your FTP (host, username, password, port).
Also, you need to increase Upload max filesize – http://prntscr.com/nxvtau Contact your hosting provider to get help with this.

I mistakenly deleted permanently my weddings demo homepage, I have tried to reinstall DEMO but I didnt get my weddings DEMO content back. please help

Hello,

Download the IMport files archive https://www.8theme.com/downloads
Extract and find the wedding folder inside. Use dummy.xml to import it using default WP import (Tools > Import > WordPress).
