    Hello,

Do you want to do this for the live site or you develop the new one?

    Regards

    Hello,

If you import the new version on the live site from XStore > Import Demos all the users will see the dev process. Is it ok for you? That version was built using Revolution slider only like one-page site and suitable for sites that do not have a lot of information.

I would suggest you to download the Import files from Downloads page https://www.8theme.com/downloads , extract the archive and find freelance folder inside. Import slider.zip archive at Revolution Slider > Import slider.
You may create the new home page with Blanc template and add the newly imported slider to page content. Edit the Slider and only once you finish editing switch to the new page and different type of the header.

    Regards

    Hello,

    1) Sorry but I don’t understand what link do you expect from our side?
If you want to import the Freelance version go to XStore > Import Demos > choose the Freelance demo and press import button. Keep in mind that you’ll get not just Freelance home page with slider but also other freelance demo options (logo, header type, colors, typography) if you want to import the home page only follow the steps described in the previous email (use manual import via Tools > Import > WordPress + Revolution slider > Import slider).

    2) You’ll get the images after import of the revolution slider. To add any content to slide you need to edit Revolution slider https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/

    Regards

    Hello, Tjuu,

We appreciate your use of XStore and would like to assist you further with your inquiry. To facilitate a more detailed examination of the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you initiate a new discussion thread on our support forum. You can do so by visiting the following link: https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/

As the problem you mentioned does not appear to be present on our own site, a thorough review of your site’s settings is necessary. For this purpose, please provide us with temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard, as well as FTP credentials. This will enable us to diagnose and address the issue more effectively.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Good morning
I’ve already solved the problem. I’ve restored copies on my hosting. I’ve imported a new template.
    But I have two questions:
Can you check the settings of my current child theme and configure it correctly so that I don’t lose anything when updating xstore?
Due to the fact that I want to launch a clothing store in two languages: English and Polish, what is the best paid plugin to use?
I’d like to automatically translate the entire site into language as soon as possible Polish then set it as the default language Polish. Add a flag and sell in PLN
Can I ask for help in this matter?

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Tjuu,

1/ We are currently experiencing difficulties with establishing an FTP connection. However, upon inspection through the administrative panel, we have not identified any custom code within your child theme. You can review the screenshot for reference here: https://prnt.sc/ZBPg2LebL6o.
Additionally, at first glance, it appears that there should be no issues following an update. Nonetheless, we recommend creating a backup as a precautionary measure https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

2/ WPML is a powerful plugin that we recommend for creating a multilingual website. It is compatible with XStore and will enable you to manage translations across multiple languages efficiently https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ . WPML also offers multi-currency functionality, which should cover your needs for both multilingualism and multi-currency support.
WPML offers robust support. For further information, you may find this article helpful: https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
