    Hello,

    The theme is not mobile responsive. Check my domain https://blacknwhitesports.com/

    and let me know what is missing? Please help asap. Please find below FTP Details & WP Details.

    Hello,

    1) Change WP user permissions to admin because we don’t have access to theme options and plugins http://prntscr.com/ocpwkg

    2) Change the directory for the FTP user because you gave access to empty directory http://prntscr.com/ocpwy4 but we need access to WP installation.
