Hello,
You can try Tinypng service or WP plugin https://tinypng.com/ to optimize images.
Also, we would not recommend using images that are bigger than image block in 10 times, for example, http://prntscr.com/oe06t9
Regards
Let’s take this http://prntscr.com/oe06t9 as an example, can the WP plugin https://tinypng.com/ reduce it (http://prntscr.com/oe06t9) to the size of the image block?
Hello,
You need to edit the image dimensions first and then use Tinypng to optimize the final image. Tinypng does not resize image dimensions it optimizes image file size.
But this point in GTMetrix results http://prntscr.com/oe0bzz means that you are using large images that are scaled to a smaller box.
Regards
Does that mean I have to resize every image one by one?
Hello,
No all, but those images that are mentioned in GTMetrix report, open details and check http://prntscr.com/oe116n
Regards
How about the others? Like “Combine images using CSS sprites” and “Serve scaled images” ?
“Combine images using CSS sprites” – mentioned images can’t be combined http://prntscr.com/oe3vqk but you can optimize them http://prntscr.com/oe3vx9
“Serve scaled images” – as Olga mentioned above you need to change size of these 2 images and optimize them before uploading on the site.

Actually, is TinyPNG better or Smush better?
I prefer TinyPNG, but you can try both and select the better one.
