Update to 2.1, turned blank - by kimrog - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, Updated to version 2.1. All turned blank, cannot enter admin. WordPress version 3.9. Tried to switch back to old theme, still the same. What to do? Need help here. Regards Kim

    Hello,

    Please try to rename the plugins folder via FTP. If the site starts working, activate the default theme, rename back the plugins folder and try to disable plugins one by one to check which one is causing the issue.
    If it doesn’t help please provide us with the FTP and admin panel credentials.

    Hello,
    This worked! Thank you. It seamed to be a captcha plugin that made the problem. When trying to activate it I was denied because it caused a fatal error. Activating all the other plugins went with out problems, and the site is up and running fine at the moment.
