Dears,
i expected the related products to display the products that share the same tag ,but this is not the case as shown in the link added in the private area
the related products is for another different tags

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Related product is default WooCommerce feature https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

.
So, related products are not products just by tags but categories also.
