Remove top-left "Tag" on blog post article image

Please see this screen shot https://prnt.sc/oykl7s , I couldn’t find any where to remove the left red-arrow pointed tag, I just need the clean image shows there without the “Tag”, could you please help me out, thanks a lot.

Hello,

Add the following code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to remove the post categories
```
.blog-post .post-categories {
    display: none;
}
```
