Blanco website slow - by ckeefer - on WordPress WooCommerce support

The website greatdisplaycompany.com is loading very slowly. I checked with the web host and they had me check the site on gtmetrix.com and confirmed that it is the website and not the hosting.

It won’t take my login credentials and I cannot recover a password because it cannot find my email address. What is the process to get an account so I can sign-up to get support for the slow website issue?
