Which back-up plugin would you recommend?

Hi! Which free back-up plugin would you recommend?

And can you give me guidelines in how often I should back-up my website. 1 time a day, every week?

Hello,

You may try the Duplicator plugin. To make scheduled backups contact your hosting provider. The timeframe depends on the content you have there: if this is a live store with many of the orders per day we would recommend you to make a backup every day at least. If your site is a portfolio and you update content once in a month then there is no need to backup files and DB earlier than 1 per month.
