hello
i am using xstore theme for months and i am very satisfied about the results and i even decide to change my second web to this awesome theme but we i purchase the new one which is 6.1.5 i am now very disappointed with the results

the theme building very doll and too slow

is there any way to install 5.5.2 instant ?

Hello,

The first thing that we noted is that site you provided uses the CDN and does not use the cache, another your site (faster) uses the cache but does not have CDN. So, try to disable the CDN and install cache plugin at the first site. After that provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and we’ll continue investigation why this site is slower than the previous one because the new version of our theme should demonstrate better results.

Also, tell me if both sites use the same server/hosting provider?

1) You did not follow my suggestion and I still can see that you use CDN http://prntscr.com/pq1212 Can you disable it to test the site speed without CDN?
2) I can’t login to your Dashboard http://prntscr.com/pq0zpy Provide the correct access to your site after you finish the step 1)

Contact Cloudflare CDN support to get information on how to suspend the CDN on your site. We are theme developers and we could guide you about for theme settings.
Waiting for your confirmation that CDN is disabled to take a closer look at your problem. And don’t forget to tell me “do both sites use the same server/hosting provider”?

3) We have installed cache plugin, enabled optimization options and page speed is not bad as it was before http://prntscr.com/pq9x0d https://tools.pingdom.com/#5b87743b1ec00000
If you improve the page size (reduce it to 1-2Mb) then it will be faster. You can use https://tinypng.com/ service to optimize images as gtmetrix recommends http://prntscr.com/pq9zkp and reduce the page size, for example http://prntscr.com/pq9y6z
4) Replace all the images from our site by your own http://prntscr.com/pq9ylt
5) Contact your server provider and ask if they could improve any things like server response time etc.
