W3 Total Cache plugin - by yalla store - on WordPress WooCommerce support

hello

i recently installed a W3 Total Cache plugin as my host team recommend me to solve few issue but every time i install it its effect the theme

the error is written in private area section
can we solve it or you guys recommend me with another plugin

Hello,

Did you use Latin characters for the product attributes slug or Arabic?

Same problem here. Actually, even after purging the cache, deactivating and removing the w3 plugin the problem was still there and the developer had to restore the theme config file for things to work.
I am using siteground managed hosting and tried to use w3 cause SG caching plugin by Siteground did not work too. They investigated and told me that no conflict with any plugin and the only thing they are suspicious about is the theme.
I am not sure what is the problem with your theme and caching?!

Take our apologies that you faced troubles using our theme. Do you have variable products? What is your site language? Do you have any errors in the server error log?
