Search by product widget results customization

Hello,

I would like to know how can I customize the reults of Search by product widget. Right now it show very uggly like this: https://www.ia-incosmetics.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/resultados-raros.jpg Also the results shows like a blog entry (marked with an arrow) and it is not, is a product page in an online store.
I would like results shows like this https://www.ia-incosmetics.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/resultados-correctos.jpg. How can I do that?

Hello,

Probably you made some changes in child theme files that may affect the search results grid. Provide us with Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check and help you.

Hello,

Problem is caused by Search & Filter Pro plugin. Once the plugin is disabled shop layout and search page layout looks fine https://gyazo.com/1aa2de614977a33bd5b993677d18521c

No no, I haven´t solved the problem yet. I need Help!
The Search and Filter Plugin support say the following:

“I temporarily added a diagnostic plugin called Show Current Template. In the adminbar, it shows the PHP template being used by a page.

Without S&F active, the shop page uses archive-product.php:

With S&F active, the shop uses archive.php:

That means something in your theme is making it choose the wrong template (our plugin lets your theme choose the template).

In the page editor, I can see that your theme does not allow you to select the Page Template to use:

Looking at your theme files, I can see that it is a framework type of theme, with substantial coding. Only your theme author might have an idea where the theme selects to use the particular template. I suspect that it would require some coding changes in the theme.”

We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
Try to edit plugins/et-core-plugin/inc/customizer-builder/templates/header/parts/search.php and change https://prnt.sc/ptteyw to https://prnt.sc/pttf8h If this doesn’t help, contact
WP-Kraken team to get help with additional customization.
