BUG on Where do you want to display your header?

We create a new header, then asign to some pages and all was fine. Now we try to edit and access “Where do you want to display your header?” but this option stay hanged.

Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Sorry Rose, have no time to videos now.
We already do a dirty patch to resolve it.

But we buy another licence and install it in another site ( XStore same version) and “ADD NEW Multiple headers” buton dont work at all. Do nothng.

Hello,

Do you use the theme – 6.2 version and Core plugin – 1.5 version?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then. Let us know the result.
Do you see any error in browser console?
Provide us with URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

All third-party plugins are disable.

Sorry but our client havo not FTP acces in his administrated wordpress plan.
You cant arranged it without this acces ?

Since we buy this wordpress theme every upgrade is full of bugs.
You sale this product like a pro tool but it works like a beta.
Please fix all seriousi bugs and make a functionally release.
