Hello Support,
We have used the Legenda theme, but for many days we are facing the problem like when we make the text bold for any product and update the product, it keeps loading and then get time out.
We updated everything but it’s not get solved. Please check the URL for this to check.

Does it work fine with a default theme? Please check and let us know + provide a screenshot of the issue.
I do not see the problem with product updating right now.
Also, you can enable WPBakery Page Builder for products https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Plugins/WPBakery_Page_Builder
Use this option to disable the Gutenberg – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/docs/imgs/disable-gutenberg.png , Classic Editor plugin can be disabled then.

Sorry, but after enabling bakery it is still not solved.
also classic editor is still there enabled.

1) Do you have this problem when parent theme is activated?
2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.

Comment:- You can check by yourself, we are not using the bakery builder for the product short description, even we are not using for the product pages.

Comment:- This problem is also happening with the parent theme also, you can try on our server by activating it.

We have enabled the default WordPress theme (Storefont) and found that the same issue persists https://gyazo.com/84ea1bc6b7d3f674d08cf7b47869699e
It meant that our theme is not a reason of the problem. Maybe this is something with WordPress or WooCommerce, we are not sure. Try to check the server error log, maybe it will help you to sort out. Our support can help you only in case the problem is caused by our theme. Try to contact WordPress or WooCommerce plugin support to get help with issues related to default WP and plugin options.
