How to make the billing phone field required

    Hello,

    How to make the billing phone field required.
    Now it’s optional.
    Code snippets that I find on woocommerce site do not work…

    Hello,

    Actually, the billing phone number field should be required by default. Do you have this issue with our theme only or even when the Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme) is enabled?
    You may try Checkout Management plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/

    Thank you Olga.
    It was WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin that took over that field (I think the flag to require the phone number is off by default)
