Importing Demo - by bemama - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I moved from Digital ocean to hetzner and can’t import demo data
when i import it succeeds but with missing elements like footer and sidewedgit
i think there’s some php requirements that i need the host to do for me but i don’t know it exactly.
is there a list of them?

What demo version do you want to import? Provide us with URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look, and manually install the footer and widgets for you.
