I cannot update SXtore Theme to 6.2.12. Can you check the problem?

Hello,

Do you face a problem with autoupdate?
Try to update the theme via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

I tried. I could not find “XStore_Theme_v.x.x.zip”

The WordPress update has failed to complete too

The latest version of the theme can be downloaded from ThemeForest – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-package/

Also, do not update the Core plugin before the theme update next time. Any core plugin update requires the theme update to the latest version before the plugin update.

Hello,

Yes, that archive is what you need. Every theme update includes both archives: updated theme archive and updated XStore core plugin archive. So, you need to update both using provided archives to get the correct result.
