Theme version - by Miticoval - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,
    I’m trying to set the “FOOD SHOP” simple page version, but when I click on its “Install” (in Import/Export section) nothing changes.
    This is happening for every version I try to select.
    Any suggestion?

    Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Hello,

    You have disabled allow_url_fopen. Ask your hosting to enable it.
    Also you need to increase the values of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.

    Thank you, we’ve fixed those settings.
    But that’s not enough, the problem is still the same.
    I’ve also noticed that the theme can be installed via ftp (as I’ve done previously) but if I try to install it via backend it fails.

    Sorry, but you didn’t enable allow_url_fopen.
    Also you didn’t increase the values of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.
    Contact your hosting provider to change those functions.
