Download the slider templates from other demo sites

Hi,
I like to download the revolution slider and other templates from all demo sites of Xstore. Can you please help me understand how can I download and use them for my site?

Also, I have downloaded the new template organic cosmetic but the product image (zoom) on my site is not behaving the same way as its shown in demo site. Also I like to add additional images on the left side of the image which I am unable to perform with these new demo site. Can you please have a look at same.

Hello,

1) Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI
2) Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check zoom then.
3) Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single product page builder > Gallery > select type of the gallery.

I tried to import the pages as recommended in video. But unfortunately it is takes ages (I kept it for more than 8 hours) and then end up in hung in the system. After I kill the session my site goes into error mode which then prompts me to reset the wordpress installation and redo all the things again. You may try same by logging into my website.

Hello,

1) We found in other topic that problem with product image zoom and gallery was related to Image Lazy load option of the cache plugin. So, is this questions closed?

2) I have tried to import page content from the demo at your site and did not face any issues https://gyazo.com/30dfb0777e1c4f99d16426993f022c64 Do you need a great number of pages? Did you try to import simple pages or products/shop page? Because our imported does not work for products, it works for simple demo pages like home page, about us, contacts etc . It does not work for archives (like product categories/blog categories/portfolio categories). What demo page did you try to import and stack? Provide URL.

Shop is an archive page for products, as was mentioned by Olga, this specific page can’t be imported in such way. Please read more – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

If you want to change the layout of Shop page, go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop and … > Product Catalog

Thanks for prompt reply.
Can I download a file and rename it the way I want it. I do want to download a homepage file but I do not want to overwrite the existing home page I have on my site.

If you want to import home page from any demo, just go to pages, create new > add the desired page title > import http://prntscr.com/rnqp7w Your Home won’t be changed in this case.
