Hey guys, how you doing?
Hope you’re doing well 🙂

Quick question: in 8theme product options i’ve attached a file.jpg (size guide) and a custom tab (product details)
When i translate the site, from eng to ita, size guide and details disappear.

How can i fix it?

Hello,

We can’t access your site getting this error:
Your access to this site has been limited
Please give us permission to enter your site or disable the plugin that limits access.
Also, we need temporary wp-admin access + provide URL of the mentioned product, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

I don’t see issues with the custom tab translation when it’s fully translated (title and content) https://gyazo.com/7bdd99fc69b3d9b039126ac307781f22 There is no option to change the image, so use some the universal image for the size guide.
