Hello,
We asked you about WP Dashboard access, not just FTP. FTP is ok and works but don’t see WP admin access to login to your Dashboard and update included plugins.

Hi,
– It seems you changed theme name folder, so the child theme will know ‘studioluc’ as parent theme https://prnt.sc/rpvyp2 instead of ‘xstore’
– Please change ‘studioluc-child’ to ‘xstore-child’ then you can change theme name in style.css.

Hello,
We have updated theme and XStore core plugin.
We have renamed the framework folder because it’s not allowed to overwrite the theme-functions.php file. If you want to change theme functions you need to copy function to child theme functions.php and edit it there according to your needs without overwriting the whole file. There are a lot of our of date files in the child theme and also changes in child theme functions.php causes warnings http://prntscr.com/rr24m5 So, your developer should take a closer look at your child theme to edit files according to new changes and fix the warnings.

Dear,
Hello,
1) You’ll be able to update theme using auto-update option (WP Dashboard > Updates) but you made a lot of customization in the child theme files, so always do the update at the staging site first before production site update, also do the backup of the files and DB before the updates.
2) You can remove studioluc-old if you don’t need it.
3) We built header using header builder (Theme Options > Header builder) and forgot to change my account text in the account element settings. Check now. If you found any other texts use Loco translate and translation files of theme and XStore core plugin to translate them.
4) It was related to color scheme for the product hover and your custom. We changed it to transparent http://prntscr.com/rrd1it instead of dark and improved your custom.
5) Check if issues are not related to your custom CSS first.
You can use Lightshot screenshot free tool if you need to share links to your screenshots.

Dear Olga
Hello,
1) Comment out the out of date files in the child theme and copy the latest versions of these files to your child theme. Edit the latest versions of files and add the changes you previously added to files that are out of date.
3) Don’t understand your question. What text files are you talking about? WP theme does not include text files, only PHP, JS, CSS and .pot file(to allow theme translation). Check theme docs to find out how to translate theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
Translation files include hardcoded strings. All the texts that you add via theme options (like my account text) should be changed via theme options.
5) https://www.w3schools.com/css/ Who customized theme for you? You have the custom CSS code in the child theme style.css.
6) Check the alignment now.
7) Use Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product style options to enable/disable elements http://prntscr.com/rrn39k
8) This is the product name and it’s too long to show it full, so system cut the product title. If you want to disable Sticky add to cart bar go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > disable Sticky add to cart option.

Dear Olga,
Hello,
1) Auto-update is available for the parent theme only. Not for the child theme because child theme is your custom theme, we are not responsible for your child theme
3) The translation is missing http://prntscr.com/rsejel
5) Take our apologies but we don’t teach the customers. If you want to learn CSS there are a lot of courses.
Theme support helps with theme settings, we don’t guide user on how to edit his own custom CSS.
7) Don’t see mentioned issue http://prntscr.com/rselq1 and http://prntscr.com/rsemd3
8) Too long titles do not look good at that area that’s why we added limit.
NEW ITEMS:
A) Static Block was missing http://prntscr.com/rsgzly We have added it back
B) You can manage themes via Appearance > Themes. Leave XStore theme, child theme and any of the default themes. You can remove other themes if you don’t need them anymore.
C) We don’t speak your language, so I don’t understand what’s there. Anyway, this is the WooCommerce plugin message, not our theme message. Check the WooCommerce forum with this question.
D) Have you already moved all the changes from the staging site to live? Themes, plugins, theme options should be copied from the staging site to the live.
E) We can answer questions related to our theme. Questions related to WordPress or WooCommerce or other plugin settings are outside the scope of our support. Also, I don’t understand NL, so I don’t understand the information you provided on the screenshot.
F) Check the plugins, probably you need to enable mentioned plugins to get those tabs
G) I think it would better to update theme and all the necessary plugins at the live site than copy orders to staging. Once everything is ok at the staging site provide us with dashboard and FTP access to live site and we’ll update everything there.

Hello,
1) You set to show 12 products from the categories https://prnt.sc/rsv3da At the same time you enabled “hide out of stock products” in the WooCommerce settings http://prntscr.com/rsv59v WooCommerce plugin takes 12 products to show and then hide out of stock products from that amount, that’s why you get some empty space. We can do nothing with this because it depends on WooCommerce plugin function.
2) There are only 2 themes at your production site http://prntscr.com/rsv0h9 You need them both because one is parent theme, the other one – is child theme and it’s activated. What you need is to update the production site once everything is fixed at the staging site.
3) Problem with icons was related to color scheme, it should be default one and takes the settings from the global theme options http://prntscr.com/rsv29f
4) Edit the page > edit the Blog element > add the size you need http://prntscr.com/rsv6se

Hello Olga, Rose,
Hello,
Credentials you provided for the https://ua.siteground.com/ do not work for the cPanel.
Siteground account does not have area to manage the FTP accounts or files. So, if you don’t have correct access to FTP then provide correct access to cPanel.
