Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Etheme_System_Requirements::system_test()
I’ve tried reinstalling both the theme and the plugin using ftp and through the updater, also have this on the store pages:
To use this element install or activate XStore Core plugin
Hello,
If you updated both theme and plugin to the latest versions (theme – 6.3.1, XStore core plugin – 2.3.1) you should not have mentioned error. It could appear only if the theme or plugin is not an appropriate version.
Make sure that you really updated both. Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to check.
Regards
I cant enable the plugin because it errors.
details in the private area.
Hello,
As I can see version of theme that you are using is 6.2.1 http://prntscr.com/rzzv4p
That’s why you can’t enable the latest version of the XStore core plugin because it’s not suitable for the theme version that you use.
Please, login to your Cloudflare account to allow us to update CDN after theme update http://prntscr.com/rzzuko

I have updated your paren theme and enabled core plugin and then everything is ok. Probably your widgets are messed up, that’s why go to Apperance > Widgets > check if all the widgets are at place if not move the necessary widgets from Inactive widgets area to appropriate widget areas.
You renamed theme folder, that’s why auto-update is not your method to update the theme. You need to do this via FTP. Disable XStore core plugin, extract xstore folder with a new version to themes folder on your server and then rename it to your theme name. After that update XStore core plugin and enable it.
It helps you to avoid fatal errors in the future.

Thank you very much, this site was inherited and was using some kind of security plugin which moved key folders.
I’ll check the widgets now.
