    Hi!
I can’t configure activated theme – keep getting default Internal Server Error without any details. Site is working though.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Check the server error logs. What errors do you have there?
Describe in more detail when exactly you get the Internal server error (step by step your actions).

I see that you installed and activated 2 page builders: Elementor and WPBakery. Why do you need both? Please, choose the one you prefer the most and disable the other one. You can’t use them both at the same time.

    Regards

Thank you for the prompt reply, disabling one builder solved problem.

Regarding why did I install 2 of them – I didn’t, they were installed during theme installation or came as default with WooCommerce.

    Hello,

Nope, during version installation, you need to choose what builder you prefer http://prntscr.com/s3h7ov
Maybe you tried to install a few demos one over the other and one from WPBakery and another from Elementor, then both plugins were installed during installation of appropriate demos.

    Regards
