Hello !

When I try to import Marseille01, I get a lot of errors:
I already talked with the hosting provider and he added the necessary resources.

Do you know how should I import the demo ?

testimonials not installed 🙁

contact-forms not installed 🙁

mailchimp not installed 🙁

media not installed 🙁

The most common errors happened by low server requirments, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings.

Massive Addons: Please contact your hosting support for enabling php-dom extension in server PHP settings, otherwise included Row & Column Addons will not have a chance to work.

My hosting is not able to provide that for shared hosting.

Sorry, but our user has the limited access and I don’t see Theme Options, Plugins, parent theme etc http://prntscr.com/s470zq
Change the permission of our user to allow access to these items.

Hello,

I have taken a closer look at your site and unfortunately php-dom extension is required if you want to use WooCommerce http://prntscr.com/s4lvk6 , Massive Addons and import demo content because demo contents are XML files and DOM extension allows you to operate on XML documents through the DOM API with PHP.
So, would recommend you to find hosting that supports this option if you want to build the WooCommerce site.

Hello,

Yes, you can submit refund request here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
But keep in mind that you get the same issue with any theme with demo content or if you plan to use WooCommerce. You can enable the default WP theme Storefront for example and try to import default WooCommerce products using Tools > Import > WordPress. You also get the error. So, you will need to either create content from scratch or enable that extension.
