Issues with mobile display - by nadia - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, I am having some issues with differences between mobile and desktop display.
I know some of this is probably intentional due to responsive design, but I don’t know where to edit. Can you please help me?

1. I am using the Xstore slider, and the text is not responsive.
I have found how to change the slider settings for mobile, but it just changes the background image size, not the text content, so text is always off the screen. Like there is always too much blank space on top of the text. How do I fix this please?

2. The inspirational quote is still showing, although I have disabled this for desktop. How do I remove for mobile as well?

3. The menu is showing items not in the desktop – a ‘wishlist’ and a bunch of icons for Facebook, Twitter etc. How do I remove please?

4. The menu is also showing a ‘categories’ tab. How do I remove please?

I have taken some screenshots that might help but I’m not sure how to attach them.

Hello,

I would recommend you to update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

1. Slider item settings > Title font > Line height > delete or change these values -http://prntscr.com/s4p9wp
2. Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here. Or you can upload ready screenshots into your media library and provide us with URLs.
3, 4. Theme Options > header builder > Mobile menu

Hello,

Thanks very much for your response.

I have updated theme and core plugin. From your responses I have also fixed slider line item and the mobile menu, thank you.
A couple of new problems though, if you could please help:

1. For the ‘inspirational quote’, I found it, it is ‘Promo Text’ in Header Builder.
I have removed all sections and disabled autoplay, but in mobile I still get a band of background colour at the top, above the menus. It does not appear for desktop.
How do I remove this completely for mobile please?

2. Also on the homepage, I am now trying to reduce the size of ‘Shop By Category’ title and ‘Banner with Mask’ sections in WPB Page Builder. Just for mobile.
However, I am getting the following errors popping up in both sections:

Notice: Undefined index: css_args in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/config/vc/fields/responsive-size.php on line 42

I guess this is stopping me from seeing the options to change sizes for mobile?
How do I get around this please?

1. You can delete the Promo text element from the header – https://prnt.sc/s51kbx
2. Provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
