Hello,
I have been successfully using Royal theme to develop a woocommerce subscription site but recently the “add to cart” button (which has been renamed to “sign up now”) does not respond properly. This is only an issue for subscription products. I am using gravity forms to create product options but these were working without an issue before.
Do you have any suggestions for fixing it or what could be the issue?
Thank you!
Hello,
In what files you have made changes?
Regards,
Robert Hall.
I have made minimal changes to the stlye.css in a child theme but no other files.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.
Thank you.

Thank you. The information is in the private post.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
I have reinstalled the theme and removed the child theme but still can not get the sign up now button to put anything in the cart. Please take a look and let me know if there is a theme setting which needs to be changed.
Thank you.
Hello,
Some plugins are causing conflict with the theme.
Please try to disable them one by one to find out what plugin is causing the issue.
Thank you.

Thank you, I have determined that it is the Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons plugin which is casing the button not to work. Will there be any solution to this interference as it is a necessary plugin for the functionality of the site?
I have also notified the plugin creator but I am not sure they are going to be responsive. Is this something which could be resolved with your customization services?
Thank you.
Hello,
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
If the plugin author provides you with some solution or hooks that need to be implemented in the theme we’ll try to resolve it.
Thank you.

This is the error I get, it does appear to be an issue with Royal Theme and the plugin developer confirmed that.
Fatal error: Call to a member function set_messages() on a non-object in /home/latinanomics/public_html/senoritapastries/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/woo.php on line 1358
Are there customization services that can help resolve this though 8theme?
Thank you.
