Hi

1. I have set the price range from ¥2,532,840 — ¥2,550,000, may I ask why there are still products that are below ¥2,532,840 showing? (https://ibb.co/GPMGVdL, https://axis-watch.jp/shop/)

2. May I ask how to reverse these 2 columns? https://ibb.co/cDM4WpZ

Hi,

1) You are using default Price filter, please check if you have the same problem with a default theme. If the problem is independent of the theme, make sure that any of the additional plugins affect filters.
2) Sorry, but your request is a bit unclear for me. Please describe it in more detail.

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Test the widget with the Storefront theme and check if the problem disappears.

If the problem is independent of the theme, we as theme support, can’t help you. Try to disable additional plugins to find out if one of plugin causes the problem, or contact the support of WooCommerce to get assistance.
