    Hello,

First of all, thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.
    1) Follow our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
You can use partial theme translation files, place them to wp-content/languages/themes folder. Update files https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ and finish translation by editing translation if any strings are still missing.
Also, create translation for XStore Core plugin – Loco translate > Plugins > Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
    2) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

    Regards

    Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > try to disable Fixed Content option. Your product content is much higher than the images block, so this option breaks the page.

Hello Olga, thanks for the answer!
    I have a few questions..

    1) after updating the topic, a part is lost. I did not do backup(((
used the automatic update method – “Followed the instructions (XStore Core plugin requires the following theme: XStore to be updated up to 6.3.5 version. You can install the updated version of XStore theme:
via Dashboard> Updates> click Check again button> update theme) and .”

    2) Olga, tell me please, where I can see – how I should make a backup copy correctly?

    3) I’m a little confused, what main topic should I work : XStore Child Theme or XStore.

*Sorry I’m newbie.. but I really want to learn and use!)))

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Take our apologies for the delay in answering. Delay is related to a number of requests after the weekend. Besides we mention that support replies during 24 hours http://prntscr.com/swh7eg

    1) What things were lost? Could you describe in more detail or provide screenshots for better understanding?

    2) As a rule hosting company provides regular backups of the site, anyway if your hosting does not offer this then take care about this by your self https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/ Also, there are a lot of additional plugins for these purposes https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/backup/

    3) We recommend using child theme in case you decide to make any customization in the future.

    Regards
