Hi,

we need to have subtitle for the products we have installed the “KIA Subtitle” plugin it works with all our themes no X-store with the X-store theme the subtitle on the product page is not displayed. Can you say what to do?

Hello,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.
Provide URL of the page, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

I have enabled the Storefront theme to check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme. I don’t see subtitle even with the default theme.
So, I suppose you need to contact plugin author first to set it up correctly. If it does not work even with the default theme we can do nothing.

Hello,

Deleted. Ok, try to find out how to make plugin work with the default theme and then check if you have any issues with our theme when you apply all the necessary settings and changes.
