Organic-Cosmetics theme – Femite logo keeps defaulting!

I have the organic cosmetics theme up and after countless changes of the logo to my own, deleting the femite logo from the media gallery and cpanel, and revisiting the header, upon live launch the logo is still the femite logo. Please help!

Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > edit header for the Front page or delete it – http://prntscr.com/sylfh1

Hi!
I buy the femite template too. So i like ask, can is use in the shop menu categories on the left or right side of the page? I send a picture what is think?
