Certain VC content not loading after updates

Hello

We are suddenly having issue with our website not loading properly: http://cherryred.co.uk

There are big blank spaces on the homepage where one entire VC block isn’t loading at all (it contains the 8theme News widget) – whereas the backend all looks fine and nothing has been changed.

The console is showing these errors:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for http://localhost:8080/headless-content.js.map: Connection error: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

It seems there is a jscript conflict, and visual composer is unable to completely generate that area possibly forcing vc_hidden class. Please could you advise?

Hi Rose

My developer figured it out – we were using the product widget in a news post and it was causing an infinite loop as we think the news widget was trying to pull it in as the excerpt. If we set manual excerpt it fixes it.
