Hello!
For the size guide I have put the option to download the file, since it is not possible to zoom in on the image of the size guide (or is it possible?)

But when I download it, instead of the name of the image where the sizes are, the downloaded file has the name of Sizing guide. Could you download the file with its name? The problem is that I have several files with different sizes, and I would like each one to be downloaded with its name.

Give also permissions for Ukraine because some of our support team are located there at this moment and don’t have access to Dashboard

Also, provide us with FTP host, FTP username, FTP password , because the link you provided redirects to cPanel. But we don’t need cPanel, only FTP access to your WP installation.

Hello,

Nope, still forbidden. Maybe it was blocked and is on your blacklist?
Also, we can’t log in to your cPanel. We get white screen after log in. So, could you, please, create FTP account and provide us with FTP host, username and pass instead of the cPanel access?

Hello again. I have spoken with the owner of my hosting and he says the following:

“Hello again:

We have reviewed the IPs that you share with us 176.98.69.124 and 176.98.70.243 and we see that they belong to Ukraine, a non-Spanish speaking country, we have added the country to the white list, carry out a test and you tell us if it was possible to make the connection. ”

Please try now, hopefully this time if it’s available.
Otherwise, we would have to do something new with hosting.
