Hi, how do I enable the desktop menu on iPad (so the mobile menu is only used for phones, not tablets) – my menu only has 4 items so there’s no issue fitting them in the navigation of iPads, tablets, etc.

Ok, well the reason I’ve asked is because I’m finding the menu is very slow to open on iPad. It takes 2 seconds to open, sometimes more, and is very confusing for users. Is there a setting I can tweak to turn off the animation or adjust the speed, as this is not a very good user experience…

What does that even mean? It’s a problem with the theme, the menu is not functioning correctly on iPad.. it even happens on your demo site..

Use email and password to login. In your account you’ll be able to create new tickets and check the status and replies for the old ones.
