I can't embed Instagram - by Delinea

I cannot correctly configure Instagram to appear in the different sections of the website, some things have changed in the configuration that, of course, being new modifications are not explained in the tutorials. Please, can you help me? I have already done all the steps that ask me to link them correctly.

Hello,

XStore Dashboard > Instagram API > make sure that for 1 account you generate 1 access token, you do not need to generate a few for the same account. Then go to settings of Instagram element or widget and select the Instagram account > go to
XStore Dashboard > Instagram API > click on this button http://prntscr.com/tbko9s
Note that hashtags work for Business account only.
If following these steps doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access. Please use the forum to provide us with a reply, do not duplicate requests via email.

Please check the mentioned steps one more time. Is it one account that you added 3 times or 3 different accounts http://prntscr.com/tca1tq ? 1 account = 1 access token. Where exactly the Instagram account or widget is added on your site? I do not see the element on your Home page.

I really don’t understand what’s going on, I did all the steps correctly, you can try your own account if you want to see if you can set it up.
There is something wrong.

Hello,

Appearance > Widgets > Main sidebar > Instagram widget > you did not choose your account https://prnt.sc/tclhwd . Once we choose the account it works. But we found that if you add the hashtag then you get the notice that you can’t show the media by hashtag probably because of the permissions of your FB user. If you want to be able to show the media from your business account by hashtag you need to make sure that FB user that you used to generate token and related to your Instagram has all the necessary permissions https://prnt.sc/tclgs2 https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview# In other cases you’ll be able to show the media from your Instagram account but not the media by hashtag.
