Hello,

I am not sure what happened, but all of sudden my product attributes are not showing in product page and not to able add to cart as well

Hello,

Have you installed additional plugins or made changes in child theme files?
Do you have the same problem when a default theme (Storefront) is activated on your site?
Please check and let us know. Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, if any further assistance is needed.

No – Ia m not aware of any much coding knowledge to make changes in theme.

Could you help me with bulk ?

Before It was working. I used to bulk import the products , but I am not sure what happened , it is not working as of now.

Hello,

I’m afraid that there is no bulk option for this. It’s default WooCommerece option and our theme does not have any additional settings for bulk edit of this.

You may also ask WooCommerce support about bulk edit https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ Maybe they have any suggestions for you.

Okay..

It’s strange?
Because it used to work before …. why it changed all of sudden. ? I used to work the same way with bulk import of products. If this can’t be solved . I am not sure how this theme can be useful. as in e-commerence all of my products comes with variance in sizes and color when the major part can’t be activated then not sure how would ?

Hello,

Our theme should not affect the import of the variables. Try to activate the default official WooCommerce theme – Storefront – and try. Do you have issue only if our theme is activated? Let me know about the results.
