Hi, I’m trying to create a sidebar as in de the template example. I’ve read all the steps shown here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/footer

In ‘static blocks’ I need to: ‘Add Widgetised Sidebar element into first column and select our About Company custom widget area.’ ‘Add Widgetised Sidebar into last column and select Twitter custom widget area.’

When I add a Widgetised sidebar I cannot select anything linke Twitter or about company etc.

    Hello,

If you want footer like in demo you need add only statick block into Footer1 and Footer2 widgets.
    Look at screenshot:http://prntscr.com/568lts
Also here (http://prntscr.com/568m38) add what you want.

    Regards,

    Hi Robert,

I don’t get it. First I did what was written here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/footer

This explanation is different: If you want footer like in demo you need add only statick block into Footer1 and Footer2 widgets.
    Look at screenshot:http://prntscr.com/568lts
Also here (http://prntscr.com/568m38) add what you want.

I did what you said but it isn’t working. Am I doing something wrong?

    Regards,

    Robert

    Hello,

Please provide us with your site link.
Do you wish to create the same footer as on our demo or to create your own footer?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

I’ve created custom sidebars “About Company” and “Twitter” in Appearance > Widgets. Then I’ve created static block “Footer 2” and added these widgetised sidebars in there and added Text block elements. Static block widget has been placed in Footer 2 widget area in Appearance > Widgets.
But it’s not displayed on the site for some reason.
Please contact your host and ask them to increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize values.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

In this case we recommend you to reinstall WordPress and the theme. Please note Woocommerce plugin must be installed before the theme.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
