Cannot update woopress - by Bastinet - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, i try to update woopress theme but it just shows error page:
“There has been a critical error on your website”
I try to update from 6.3 to 6.3.1

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Please check FTP access, I can’t connect –
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?

Please use file manager inside wp-admin

Hello,

As a rule, we don’t use File manager because if any fatal error appears we are locked and can’t proceed with update.
Anyway, I tried to update the theme via File manager and everything is ok. Did not face any error. Check, please.
