yesterday I got error 502
I couldn’t even log in to my wp-admin panel
so I disabled each plugin through FTP and fund out that it is because of Xstore core plugin
this plugin is disabled right now and I just put my website on maintenance mode
all of the System Requirements are good by the way
Hello,
Provide us with server error logs, to get detailed information about the mentioned error, temporary WP Dashboard, and FTP access to your site https://prnt.sc/twlds5
Regards
FTP
ok
Contact your hosting provider and ask FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP post + server error logs. Also, provide temporary wp-admin access.
Regards
just gave you
when I enable Xsotore core plugin my website crash
I wasted 2 days on this
and I had to pay $25 for support please check what is your Xstore core plugin problem
As a rule, our plugin does not cause the mentioned problem. Try to upload the latest version of the plugin one more time through FTP, the archive you can take from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads
Turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
An error log could be provided by AWS?
Regards
copied these code on wp-config
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
// Disable display of errors and warnings
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
@ini_set( ‘display_errors’, 0 );
// Use dev versions of core JS and CSS files (only needed if you are modifying these core files)
define( ‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true );
What do I do next?
I activated Xstore core plugin and my website crashed again
also activated Query Monitor plugin
I also deactivated my cache plugin and when I activate Xstore core plugin it crashes my website
isn’t there anybody to help me?
Hello,
1) I can’t log in to your WP Dashboard using credentials that you provided http://prntscr.com/tx4obt
2) You told us that you can give us FTP http://prntscr.com/tx4p2q Besides in your first message you told that you disabled plugins via FTP.
We need either FTP/SFTP or cPanel (at least, but FTP preferable) access to your site to check the errors you got and to help you. We can do nothing without error logs and FTP, WP Dashboard access. It’s like to treat by photo.
Regards
ill disable the plugin through FTP so that you can log in to wp-admin
sorry it was mistyped I can’t give you FTP access, but ill do whatever you need to do with FTP
if you activate the Xstore Core plugin you can see that the website crash after a few hours or even minutes
Hello,
I have activated the XStore core plugin and don’t see the error.
Regards
but after a few hours, it will, as I told you
Hello,
What actions you do when it stops working? It can’t give error without any reason. Probably you edit something or change? Something should give the error. And provide with server error log to find out what fatal error you get.
Regards
actually, I don’t do anything I don’t even activate my cache plugin
ill get 502 or 504 bad gateway after a few hours
I will not edit anything from now and will let you know when I get that error again
it’s 4 days I’m trying many ways to fix that but I couldn’t
crashed again
I didn’t change anything
sth is wrong with Xstore core plugin bc only by deactivating this I can fix it
please do sth this website is really important for us
Hi,
This is related to your hosting / CDN. Please consult here
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/http-504-gateway-timeout.html
https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/resolve-http-504-errors-cloudfront/
Regards,
Hung PD
it,s not related to my hosting
if it was it wouldn’t work with my CDN free link
if it was it wouldn’t work with disabling your plugin
I’m just wasting my time and money with your support
Hello,
Look, we do really want to help you but you don’t want to share the server error logs to check what error causes the issue and don’t want to share your FTP access to allow us to check the error logs by ourself and make the necessary changes to fix the problem if this is related to our theme/plugin. How do you expect we should fix the issue if we even don’t have access to files and logs? 504 error could be caused by a lot of things. Error log helps to understand what exactly is the reason of the problem.
So, please, provide us with server error logs and create a temporary FTP account with access to your wp-content folder only. We don’t need access to any other folders of your installation.
Regards
How can I find server error logs?
Hello,
Contact your hosting provider support. They should be able to give you this information and help with the FTP account creation. Different servers have the different path to error logs.

Hello,
I hired sb on Fiverr and gave them wp-admin access, they fixed
my host provider is aws and it is really difficult to give FTP access to sb else
the website is live now
Regards
Hello,
Ok. Thanks for letting us know. So, what was the reason of the problem?
