Theme Options is not Loading - by mahbub

When I a trying to work on theme options it does not appear and in console, this error appears wpColorPicker is not defined. Please soon as possible fixed these issues

Hello,

The main reason for the issue is the new WordPress 5.5. At this moment we are working on a big update XStore 7.0 and it will be soon realized. Meanwhile, you need to downgrade the WP version – https://techmighty.co.in/downgrade-wordpress-5-5-to-5-4-2-manually/

Thanks for the reply. FTP access is needed also. Contact your hosting provider and ask FTP host, FTP login, FTP pass, FTP port.

How much time will need to Xtheme New Version with bug-free?
I have lost lots of time for this , so this theme has lots of error and some plugin will not be updated also, said code canyon purchase code. Wzone plugin need activation where I found activation key where your theme said the Plugin is free?
Please have a look at these issues. Actually, I am totally fed up to purchase this theme.
Please take the necessary steps to solve these issues

Hello,

You just need to update theme to version 6.3.9.1 and XStore core plugin to version 2.3.9.1. Once you provide us with correct WP Dashboard access (because link you provided does not work http://prntscr.com/u0x9en ) and FTP we’ll help you with theme update. In addition, we would suggest to update all the bundled plugins (XStore > Plugin installer)

Also, we plan the new 7.0 theme update soon with redesign of the Dashboard and a number of optimization options.
