Paypal Standard Checkout Not Working - by rahmatbali

Hi there,

i already setup my online shop using Royal themes, great theme btw, BUT the Paypal Standard checkout not working, i already fill in all the credential information (IPN, etc) needed, but still not work?

also, the popup Checkout and Continue Shopping when i click Add to Cart not working, its working on detail product page, but when i click Add to Cart on grid style the popup won’t show

can you help me please???

Hi there,

i just tried install default wordpress and woocommerce in other server, the Paypal work straight away

can you guys help me with this problem?think this is theme related problem

Hello,

Sorry, but the popup “Checkout and Continue Shopping” is available only for single product page.
Please clarify what the issue is with PayPal. I’ve checked it with default WordPress theme and it’s redirecting to the same PayPal page as with our theme.

Hi Eva,

noted about pop up

re Paypal, when i press Checkout its go to Paypal homepage (https://www.paypal.com/home), so not Paypal payment page where customer can see their order summary in Paypal, fill in their name and credit card detail

Hello,

Sorry but in this case you have to contact Woocommerce support as this is their configuration and PayPal home page is also visible in default WordPress theme.

Hi Eva,

just got replied from one expert in Woocommerce, he said that i need to talk with theme support as this problem related with the theme

can you please digging more Eva, as im stuck with this, tried to reinstall with fresh wordpress and theme but still no luck :(, if im use twentytwelve theme the woocommerce work

Hello,

I’ve just also checked Twenty Twelve theme and I’ve been redirected to https://www.paypal.com/home on the checkout page.
You can check the links in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/gateways/paypal/class-wc-gateway-paypal.php file.

Also you may specify “Page Style” in Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout tab > Paypal.

We recommend you to update the theme to the latest version: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade (paragraph “1.5 Theme Upgrade”)
