After speed optimization, my website is having critical search console issues

Hello dear,
Ist of all i want to thank you as you helped me each time even a few times those were not genuinely theme related issues.
This time also it may not be a theme related issue as it seems that a freelancer messed up with some css and javascript files to increase my website’s speed a month ago.
I am clueless as my 2 years work for my website is very much ruined.
Issues:
** If you check all of my websites pages in chrome with cache: like> cache:https://www.website.com/ than you can see how google has my website in their cache.
** search console cant read many javascript, css files stylesheets.
** more than 50% organic traffic lost also search console can index my website all pages https://prnt.sc/uc795n

If possible please can you check, what is the real issue now and how can that be resolved in quick time to get my buisness back.

sometimes it shows that each scrips and file has been loaded nicly but in a very next url inspection result it shows that many files and images are not loading.

Hello,
Your reply about above mentioned issues will be a life saver. A senior developer and a senior speed optimization specialist failed after 4 days hard work and one has also confirmed these as a theme related issues.

** Robots.txt file cant be read by the bots https://prnt.sc/uel3ol . All the image urls in search console and showing ”blocked by robots.txt”. I have deleted all of the disallows in my robots.txt for 4 days but yet each time the same error is shown in search console.

** Many different files are not loading in search console url live test: https://prnt.sc/udonjq

Sorry for the long delay in answering.
As I can see, you need to configure the rules of Robots.txt correctly https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-optimize-your-wordpress-robots-txt-for-seo/ Sorry, but we can’t help you with this.
We do not have any blocks. What exactly is wrong with our theme? The files you specified do not need to be scanned by robot at all.
Do you have a backup? Do a backup of current state, then try to restore the previous one, and check.

We have done everything now and it seems to be a theme related issue https://prnt.sc/ug7ea0 https://prnt.sc/ug5d2m . As my website is using php version 7.4.8. So i want to know also if this theme is compatible with this latest version of php which i am using?

Hello,

I did not find rules to allow indexing of the uploads folder and disallow indexing of the plugins folder
```
Allow: /wp-content/uploads/
Disallow: /wp-content/plugins/
```
Added the mentioned string to your Robots.txt
Try to reindex again.

We did not face compatibility issues with the mentioned version of the PHP.
