Logo will not change - by mmadhouse - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I have tried every step [provided in the forum and i cannot get the logo to change, especially in the mobile view. Please assist I have included FTP information and site address

Demo that you installed uses the multiple headers option (separate header for the home page), so to change the logo/header content for the home page edit the home page header template.
