Unable to update some add on from xstore

hello
1-i can’t update two add on from xstore see screenshoot; http://prnt.sc/uh1yx0
2-how can configurate googlemap on google for xstore, please all configuration, by video if you have
3-where see and configurate woocommerce pdf sold with xstore? and i have message from it for update
can you help?

Hello,

1) If you want to update bundled plugins you can do this from XStore > Plugin Installer > hover over the plugins with the update and click the Update button http://prntscr.com/uh4ts6

2) What page builder do you use Elementor or WPBakery?

You can update plugins via FTP https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Hello,

1) If you want to update bundled plugins you can do this from XStore > Plugin Installer > hover over the plugins with the update and click the Update button http://prntscr.com/uh4ts6 Not from Plugins > and clicking the update link. Only using Plugin Installer or manually via FTP.

2) To add map you can use one of the WPBakery elements: Google map http://prntscr.com/uhl87q or GMAP (if GMAP plugin is installed) http://prntscr.com/uhl7f8
You need to choose the settings depending on your needs (zoom, height, width, style etc).
If you use the GMAP then you should also add the API http://prntscr.com/uhl9c9
Read here about API key https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
After adding GMAP element add the Gmap marker http://prntscr.com/uhlace and choose the location.

3) We don’t have Google login at this moment, only FB login (Theme Options > FaceBook login) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/facebook-login/

look i understand you have lot of work, but for the update pluggin you allready says that , and i says “didn”twork” so can you show me if i need create folder, what is the procedure for update by files because your auto update didn”t work
second i have google login
and for gmap i want all sellers hav one on the seller page with their own adresse, can i do that?

Hello,

1) Do you see the update button https://prnt.sc/uh4ts6 ? What happens once you click that? You don’t need to create any folder.
You can also go to Plugins > disable and remove the plugin and install it again from XStore > Plugin installer. You’ll get the updated version of the plugin.

Ok, what is your question? We don’t have the option to log in using Google, only FB. So, if you have already implemented the google login probably you used some third-party plugin. What help do you need from our side?

3) Do you use any multivendor plugin to create multiple sellers? By default WooCommerce does not have multivendor option, it’s possible by third-party plugins only. What plugin do you use? Ask the plugin author about such page and option to show the vendor details including map location.

Hello,

Please, create separate topic for the FB issue to avoid misunderstandings. Tell there if you have issue while registering or logging in using FB? Provide us with temporary access to your WP Dashboard and add web.8theme user to your dev Facebook account as developer or admin to allow us to check the settings.

sorry i don’t have time to open new ticket, so it s happen in subscribe, most important part so, i can login myself with the facebook login so it s for new subscriber doesn’t work.
i don’t allow you to have admin password, i give to dokan egeneer and i have some build problem with facebook for add i don’t make.
so explain what can be not works?

Hello,

1) I have checked your site and see that you are using the third-party plugin to add FB and Google login http://prntscr.com/up87ik
So, if you have any issues with new user registration while using this plugin then switch to the default theme and check if you have this problem when the default theme is enabled. Does this option works fine with the default theme (Storefront for example)? Or contact plugin author to get help and detailed instructions about plugin settings to make it work.

Don’t understand this message. Could you explain in more detail, please? What private navigation do you try and how it’s related to our theme?

3) To remove the account popup go to Theme Options > Header builder > Account > Content type > None http://prntscr.com/up8fjg
