Instagram only shows username - by Creative Panda

Hello there!

In the footer area of my site the Instagram widget only shows my username. I was hoping this problem would resolve itself after an update / some time. Unfortunately, that’s not the case and I have no clue on what causes the problem.

Could you please advise?

Hello,

Have you added Instagram API key in the WooPress > Instagram settings?
Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site?
