    Hi, is it possible to have shop page filters on mobile closed, and it open only when click on the filter button?

    Hi,

    There is no such option, by default. It can be done via additional customization in files of the child theme.
    Provide temporary FTP access.

    No. If you don’t know your FTP access, contact the hosting provider and ask this information.
