Images not loading on FACETWP ajax load - by Madhu

When using the plugin FACETWP for Ajax filtering, the images from the products do not seem to load. This link (https://facetwp.com/documentation/faq/#layout-js) on the facetwp support page gives us a solution but our dev team is not sure where to implement the solution. Can you please help us identify where to apply this fix for the issue?

Hello,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
Provide temporary wp-admin (administrator role) and FTP access, and I will pass your question to our technicians team.
