Hi,

Normally, when a user checkouts in an online store (Video at 00:24: https://www.loom.com/share/64c208c36ef24c9ca3ffe23f3c55ea3b), PayPal allows him to select either pay with a PayPal account or a credit card.

But on this website (f-elephant.com), there is no such an option.

As you can see, there is no option for “Pay with a card” in f-elephant.com

I have tested with several PayPal accounts, but there is no change, so we know that it is not the problem of PayPal.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,

1) Read this article https://support.thinkific.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049057454-Why-is-the-PayPal-pay-by-credit-card-option-not-being-displayed-

2) go to Appearance > Themes > activate Storefront theme and test checkout with the default theme. Do you have the same issue?
