Need license reset please - by amongthieves

Can you please reset my license url for XStore theme? I do not have it actively installed anywhere and i am trying to install it but it is saying it is already active.

We have checked your license and see that it was activated for 2 projects http://prntscr.com/vcecyq Do you use our theme for these projects and want to start the new one?

Keep in mind that you can use 1 license for 1 project according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

No i am not using the theme on either project. It was installed to see if it would work for those projects and we went a different route, currently we want to use it for our newest project as we have not used it for any project permanently but we are ready too now.
