Dear,
we followed the documentation to translate (in Italian) all the strings of the site. Especially for woocommerce cart.

We used Poedit, translated the strings, generated the files (.mo .po) and uploaded to the indicated folder.
PS-We cleared the cache but the strings are not translated.

Can you help us understand and solve this problem?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
You did not set the administrator role for the user, so I can’t check existing translation files and Theme Options.
Make sure that you created a translation for XStore Core plugin, or create it now. Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.
Change text of the progress bar, via Theme Options > Sales Booster > Progress Bar.
