Please I need to activate the function add to cart popup in the shop page for variable product . thank in advance

Hello,

By default, there is no such possibility, but seems you are using an additional plugin that allows ajax adding for variable products.
Try to set next settings: Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Product Added Notification > Off; Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > Type > Off-Canvas.
